We want you to love your 4TH ARQ pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
